Shipping policy

Within Germany

Orders with an order value of more than €100 are shipped completely free of charge within Germany.

For orders within Germany with an order value of less than €100, we charge €1.99 in shipping costs. These shipping costs include postage and packaging costs.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2 - 5 working days.

Shipping takes place exclusively via DHL.

 

Outside Germany

For deliveries to all EU countries, we charge shipping costs of €4.99.

The delivery time outside Germany is usually 4 - 9 working days.
